Unfortunately for me, I was not subtle enough. One morning, I woke to find myself cuffed to the bedposts as Svetlana stood over me. She was holding up my custom pump in her hand.

"Nice try, honey. But you should have hid this thing out of the house. There is no place here that I am not familiar with. When I sensed you up to something, I checked all the usual hiding places." Svetlana gloated.

As she dismantled my pump with icy confidence, she muttered, "You need to stop trying to rise above your station. You need to learn your place..."

After she was finished, Svetlana got a shoe box out of her closet and put it next to me. "...Which is why I made this. It should be able to tame you..."
