You still had a few reports to finish, but you decide that you can finish them next week. You leave the office early and head to the same venue. Frustratingly you have to pay for a ticket to watch the show, even though it's already almost over and it's your own wife on stage. You pay the ticket and make your way into the audience. You take a seat and look up on stage.

Jessica and Matt are on stage. He is wearing his usual suit, however Jessica is wearing a short, black strapless dress that you've never seen her wear before. It has a low cut and shows off plenty of cleavage. You feel a twang of jealousy as you're sure that the many men in the audience are appreciating your wife's body. She seems to be under hypnosis still, as she is standing idle while Matt is giving her instructions.

He turns to the audience and speaks loudly. "A musical instrument."

"Guitar!" Someone yells from the audience.

"Thank you." He said as he turned back to your wife. "Raven, I want you to play this guitar for us..." He pretended to hand her a guitar, which she took from him and threw the invisible strap over her shoulder. She tuned the air-guitar before she began to play. You almost found the display funny, though you were still distracted by her attire.

"You're a rock god, Raven! Smash the guitar!" Matt instructed.

Jessica took the invisible guitar in both hands and acted out smashed it on the ground. The audience laughed and cheered. You saw her dress ride up her legs slightly, and were sure that the rest of the audience took notice too.

"Very good Raven!.. I'm going to bring you back onto the stage now... You can slowly feel your surroundings again... You can see the audience... and you are self aware." He clapped his hands together once.

Jessica paused then looked around in a daze. The crowd continued to clap and cheer. You saw her give a polite curtsy before heading back behind the curtains.

"Ladies and gents, a round of applause for Raven!" Matt called out over the already cheering crowd.

You clapped along with them then got out of the chair to go meet Matt and Jessica backstage. You had to wait a few minutes before they allowed you into the room. You saw Jessica in her regular clothing and sitting on a chair. Matt wasn't in the room.

"Hi honey, I didn't think you'd make it." Your wife smiled at you.

"I left a bit early, I didn't get to see the whole show." You explained as you gave her a kiss on the cheek.

"What did you think?" She asked you.

"From what I actually saw, I thought it was good. The dress, though..." You begun to say.

"I know, right?" A voice sounded behind you. Matt had entered the room.

"It's probably the most decent dress we had available. You should see the other ones. Not very appropriate if I say so myself." He continued.

"Hey Matt. Great show." You greeted him with a handshake.

"Thank you, thank you." He looked to Jessica. "So... If you don't mind, Jessica, I'd like you to continue working with me... Two thousand dollars per show, as agreed." He offered a grin.

Jessica looked at you then at Matt, then offered a nod. "Yes, I'd love to." She smiled.

"Great!" Matt beamed and clapped his hands together. "I'll e-mail you details on upcoming shows. Of course, some of them might be in other cities... Those are in a few months though, no need to worry just yet. We'll discuss travel when necessary. I have to go, nice seeing you Steve." He offered a wave before leaving the room.

You both leave soon after. On the drive home, you feel like you need to talk to Jessica about this new career path...
