Fortunately, it didn't appear that I was. She blushed. "Thank you, John. You're such a sweetie. Is there a lucky lady in your life?"

"Well, let's get out of this heat. I'll show you around." She led me inside and began showing me around. As she gave me the tour, I noticed she kept making quick glances back at me. Her hand also seemed to be closing in on mine, almost as though she was wanting to hold it.
