Naruto thought about it. The only people he commanded to any level that would be considered serving him would be the toads and even then it was a two way system. Team 7 all had their own goals and only did what he asked because they where his friends. Sauske was a whole can of worms. Everyone else from the rookie seven ,to the village and the rest of his allies where just that allies.

Yet the toads remained, and they where the technicality. So Naruto circled yes better be safe than to be sorry and moved on.Page turn with nothing happening around him.
