Chapter 5 by ldnldn ldnldn

Does Harako go looking for something to wear?

Yes she does

Harako rolled her dark blue eyes. “…Fine …Is this ok?” The ghost ripped a fig leaf from a tree and presented it to Kim. The woman shook her head and pointed at the petals of a humongous flower behind her.

“I want that!”

Harako floated up to the flower and tried to pull it back, but the plant …roared? “…This isn’t a flower! …It’s an-Ack!” A vine enveloped Harako’s leg and pulled her towards the flower. The ghost screeched as it was dragged behind a bush.

“Come on Harie, I know you can do it!” Kim cheered towards the unseen fight. The leaves ruffled and parrot-sized flies flew away from the commotion. Harako soon returned clutching a pair of giant petals in her arms, her face a mixture of shock and anger. “See? I knew you could do it! You are fineeeee. Hmmm, except for all these tiny scratches.”

Kim grabbed the petals and tied them around her chest and groin. After a bit of work, It now looked like she was wearing leaf bottoms and a tiny crop top around her chest. “A bit flashy, but everything’s covered. Are you sure you don’t want to go back and snatch a petal for yourself?”

“...I did snatch a petal for myself ...and then you snatched it from me.”

“What did you say?” Kim asked, half-distracted by the more important task of adjusting her new skirt and top.

The ghost only grumbled. “…Let’s go.” The duo parted aside some bushes and found their next door. It was at the center of the hill near a town of curious ant-like people. Without a word, Harako began floating towards the objective.

“Yuck. Hey Harie, think fast!”

“…what? Oof! …What are you doing?”

Kim had jumped onto the spirits back. She flailed her legs and gripped Harako’s shoulders until she managed to hang on just right. “It’s not fair that I have to walk barefoot across all that mud while you float over it. Take me to the door.” Harako growled. “Please?...Bestie?”

Harako didn’t reply. She kept floating forward, trying to ignore the girl piggybacking on her back.

The ant peasants came out of their homely mounds to gawk at the duo crossing their village. To try and cover her friend’s dignity, Kim groped Harako’s breasts and moved her feet right over her crotch, where they rubbed her sex slightly, something that only served to fluster the spirit even more.

Yikes, that was a lot of prying …antenna? Didn’t they have anything better to do? “What? You never seen a naked ghost carrying a half-naked human? Huh, I never have seen that either. I wonder how we look? Pretty weird I bet.”

“…Shut up. …We are here.” Harako crossed the door and immediately dropped Kim on the stone. The spirit stopped to catch her breath, she was sweating ethereal bullets.

“Homestretch. Come Harie, we can do this.” Harako painstakingly dragged herself forward. The duo began to cross the stone bridge suspended in the dark cavern. A row of torches illuminated the lonely path.

While the half-naked Kim would normally enjoy the solitude, it felt creepy. Only darkness and the sound of the ever jingling bell accompanied her. She felt like something would jump out at any second.

“Baaaaa!”

“Aaah! Wait, it’s just mountain goats.” A herd of goats approached the duo with curiosity. “Oh, aren’t you cute.” Kim crouched down and began to pet them. The animals began licking her face in return. “Hehe, that tickles!”

They also began licking Harako’s legs, but the ghost was much less appreciative of them, opting to growl back at the animals.“…Let’s finish the job.”

“We can take a minute to pet the cutest goat in the world. Yes, you are! Yes, you- Hey! That’s not for chewing!” One of the goats had bitten Kim’s skirt, leaving her hairless loins with no cover. “H-hey, give it back! Ha-That tickles too much! He- Stop! Bad goat! Hahaha!”

The goats began licking Kim like a Popsicle. She tried to play tug of war with them for her skirt, but it was a losing battle. The herd was also crowding around Harako, who backed away. “…See? …Nothing good comes out of playing on the job!”

“Aghahaha! Get them off me!” Kim began to run circles with half the herd chasing her around.

“Hehehehe”

“Harie! You don’t have to laugh at me!”

“…It wasn’t me.”

“Then who? Oh no.” Kim noticed some lights at the far sides of the cave. There was a town carved in the mountain. Their inhabitants were a mystery, Kim could only see their bright yellow eyes glowing in the dark. But their laughter? That came loud and clear.

Right, it was called the bridge of laughter. Was it because of the tickling goats or the gallery of mocking spectators? Either way, she didn’t like it!

“Haha, go away! Eep!” A goat jumped and snatched the petal around Kim’s chest. Her round breasts jiggled a bit with their newfound freedom. The giggles in the stands turned into full-blown laugher. She needed a way to cross the bridge while avoiding the goats and the chuckles of the peanut gallrey. Harako could probably pull some ghost trick to help, but she was pretty tired already. Should she really push it further?

Does Kim push Harako to help her?
