Work goes by quickly

The rest of your day goes by uneventfully. You have a brief, but pleasant conversation with Robert after your class, but nothing else notable happens.

On your drive home, you get a call from James. He tells you that he has to stay late at work, and he won't be home until after dinner. He tells you he will pick up some food for himself on the way home. You tell him you love him and that you will see him tonight. You arrive home and realize that you have several hours of free time before your husband gets home.
