You have the freedom to use any woman over the age of 18 sexually, in any way you like and at any place and time—but only one time each. After you cum, or otherwise end the encounter, that woman is no longer free for you to use anymore (although you can still try to entice her on your own, the normal way).

You won a contest! The prize is a one-time-each free pass to every woman in the world, which you may claim from them whenever you like. Some people may not have heard of the contest before, and some of those who did still may not immediately recognize you as the winner on their own. Either way, everyone that you show your winning ticket to will accept that you are the true winner and that you have the right to claim your prize. Claiming prizes is entirely at your own discretion—there is no obligation to use any particular woman, or to do it at any particular time.

You must explicitly invoke your winning ticket whenever you intend to use it, so that there's no ambiguity; if you just walked up to some woman and started groping her with no explanation, she would be completely within her rights to slap you silly for it. By the same token, if a woman agrees to have sex with you as her own decision without the ticket, you could still use it on her another time.

Resigned

Although everyone accepts that you have the right to use any woman you please, and any woman you show the ticket to will agree to let you use her to fulfill her obligation under the terms of the contest, the majority of them will not be thrilled at the prospect, and they will be honest with you about what they think of it. In short, if she wouldn't want to have sex with you before, she still won't want to now. Even someone who finds you attractive in the abstract might still be put off by you suddenly demanding sex... though there may be a rare few who are happy to be used.

Either way, she'll go along with it anyway for the sake of the prize winner, and will try to cooperate with any instructions you give her, even if she doesn't enjoy it. Common reactions may be anywhere from indifferent ("fine, whatever"), to unenthusiastic ("I guess, if you have to"), to annoyed at the imposition ("ugh, right now, really?"). That being said, nobody will be mad at you personally for claiming your prizes, regardless of their individual feelings about it or about what you make them do; you won fair and square, even if it's inconvenient or unpleasant for them when you claim a prize.

Most people who see you fucking a woman as part of your prize will treat like a minor public spectacle that's part of the contest event. They may applaud and cheer you on, or stand around to watch, or simply go on about their business. Someone who knows the woman you're using, such as a husband or friend, may sympathetically share her annoyance if she isn't happy about it, but at the situation rather than at you personally. If you're doing it in a way that causes somebody trouble directly (blocking an aisle at the store, say, or being noisy at the library) you might be asked to move your activities to a less inconvenient spot, but you won't get in trouble for the sex itself. Even people who haven't heard of the contest at all will be mollified if you show them the ticket.
