"I think we would need to go on a date before you get in my pants!" you say as you laugh. You are interrupted when a slightly more confident voice.
"Okay, where to?" you look up to the eyes of your roommate. They stare back in a serious tone which counters your joking question.
Even though you aren't confused you shockingly say, "What?" the girl, Nicky, just sits there, a small blush washes over her cheeks.
After a short time of her stammering she manages to say an actual sentence, "Well, you know! A date! Where do you want to go?" her eyes seem to pierce holes in you as she waits for a response.
"Uh, I don't know, where do you want to go?"
"Well, I've been wanting to go..."
