The Conglomerate representatives from each side, as the only neutral parties, gathered together to decide what was to be done.

After a careful review of the battle it was determined that since you kept so many forces in reserve and never fought with 10% more than she had that your victory was legitimate. With any other opponent you wouldn't have taken advantage of that ruling. It was highly subjective and was far outside of the Conglomerate's expertise. You weren't about to let Suzuki off the hook that easily. Not after everything she'd done.
