"Fuck it" said Harlequin, taking the guy's hand

The stranger she just met led Harlequin to the color changing, six sided, dance floor, but the second Harlequin's foot made contact with the dance floor, the confidence she had 5 seconds ago disappeared in an instant. The guy pulled her onto the dance floor, took her hand in his and wrapped his other arm around her waist. He then pulled her close and proceeded to lead her in a weird ballroom dance. Harlequin smiled as her confidence returned.

"This is quite nice" said Harlequin

"Good to hear" said the guy

The two danced for so long they lost track of time.

"This is possibly, the best day of my life" said Harlequin

"Good, so you won't be coming back?" asked the guy

"Huh? Why?" asked Harlequin

"Because the rumors about this place are true, it corrupts those who enter. You're a delicate flower, too pure to afford to be ruined by this place"

"Listen, whoever you are, you're really sweet, but I'm old enough to make my own choices, if I want to come back here, you can bet I'll come back" said Harlequin

"Then promise me you'll be careful" said the guy

"I..." said Harlequin, before being cut off

It was Vixen.

"Vixen? What is it?" asked Harlequin

"It's almost 5AM, we've gotta go, NOW!" said a panicked Vixen

"Oh no, let's get outta here, before the morning patrol starts" said Harlequin

The girls ran off, Vixen called an Uber to take them back to the town, they discussed the club while the Uber drove them home.

"Admit it, that was fun" said Vixen

"Yes, it was" said Harlequin

"So, who was that cutie you were dancing with?" asked Vixen

Harlequin facepalmed.

"I forgot to get his damn name" said Harlequin

"Only you would forget to ask someone for their name" said Vixen, chuckling

"Hey, what about the owner? I didn't see them" said Harlequin

"I guess the rumors were false" said Vixen

The girls later arrived back at the town and tried to sneak back home. Unfortunately, a police officer was patrolling the street and the girls had to hide, Harlequin hid inside a bush while Vixen hid behind a dumpster in an alley, both girls hoping they wouldn't get caught.
