The 'Amazon' Brigade was structured around heavy mobile infantry. Light infantry used at the squad level for sweeping and skirmishing while heavier units would maneuver around the battlefield to suppress the enemy and let the infantry mop up. The oversized brigade had more forces than many divisions would. They were one of the units on duty guarding the core. Normally for light operations they would be deployed in companies of light infantry with appropriate assets, but the chance to put the girls through the ropes was too appealing to the brigade leader Brigadier General 'Crissy' Slylocke so she had thrown one of the three regiments of the brigade into it.

So Colonel 'Scarlett' O'Hara had been given the lovely task of putting her forces through a sweep mission with too many girls and not enough space since they were sweeping big ships.

Settling outside of the powered down freighters, the amazon redhead princess that had adopted an ironed mini-skirt as part of her attire would give a command along her comm. "Ladies first. Go in, split and sweep them level by level. Engineers and medics on standby after we've secured them. Go by squad."

Squad by squad meant that nine girls in light armor with soft recoilless automatic needlers would go in and spread out, section by section, and if they ran into anything call for backup. Squad 9-13, a group of twelve women, would go in first.

'Nancy', the new blonde to the squad that had to get her armor plating made a bit 'rounder' about the chest to let her move easily would glance through. "Nothing here." Her gun in front of her, turning on the light. "Not seeing anything." Just one empty section of a ship, clean."

'Rigger', the technician in the squad would call out, "Seems fine, operating at normal power.. Computer's down and internal comms are. We'll have to find a computer station to hook in to."

The squad leader, called 'Diva' for reasons beyond her personality would let out a grumble. "That's for another group. Section by section you lot." Weapons in hand, the squad would start to sweep through the entry ramp.
