Where am I?

I blinked at this, "Wait where is here?"

The doctor shrugged, "It's another world. Every now and then people get snatched from earth and landed here, typically in the place that best maps to their desires. This is the latex city, their are other places if you'd rather leave."

I just listened in stunned silence, "Well it makes sense given what I saw.. but it is odd?"

The doctor laughed, "Oh you'll get used to it. Look I had a practice for years, but I love it here. I can be who I always wanted to be, also the medical tech is great. You can have a good life here I promise."
