What is next?

I have been asked what do I do now with the character. Well I wish I had more wisdom back then even though it was just about 2 weeks ago. Use the every quest is a journey.

What do you want from this character. What do you need to do next to push the development further to get to that point.

You get to a point that you ask what do I do now? Well you need to ask what does that character need to change to where you want them.

This does not come overnight. I have written and rewritten and completely deleted unpublished threads to go to the point I want at that point.

I look at a step I want to take but I can’t yet so where do I have to go to get to go.

I currently have 2 long term change stories going on. And it has helped to write out what the steps are going to be in a timeline kind of thing. Not exactly what is going to happen but covers fundamental changes.

Look at my Rachel the feminist story thread. I already have written in a unpublished chapter what each days candy is going to be already so I don’t have to over guess what is next. (If you make a chapter 1 chapter I can make you an owner and you can see it.)

Or my Ralph punk story. I have just started to write that storyline and I wish I had done it earlier because I missed changes I should have added earlier and now have to add them later.
