What's the "Ferris wheel"?

The "Ferris wheel"is a device that I came up with. Idk if it exists in real life. If you ever saw anything like this, please tell me about it in the comments.

PURPOSE: Something to tie the **** to. Just like a bed, chair, cross, or table.

ADVANTAGES: 1) Access to the ****'s entire body. 2)Changes his position easily from upright to upside down, lying on back, diagonal etc.

DESIGN: Two wheels, attached to each other with two rods like this:

( I know that it looks shitty but that's the best I can do)

There are no connecting parts,it's made out of a single, solid, piece of metal(or wood, whatever). The wheels DON'T turn on an axle, rather they roll like a tube. (It rolls in place, of course. Not all over the room).
