"Much as I love the idea of watching you stare at your phone and whack your willy, I think I'll pass." Helen rolled her eyes, grabbing a corner of the blanket and yanked it about herself. "Just try not to shake the bed too much while you're doing it."

"I don't use my phone." I objected, before noticing that she'd already turned away from me as she sunk into the bed. My erection limped a bit, and I nodded. "So, I mean, you want to cuddle like last night?"

"Uh, yeah, pass, Brent. That was a one time thing, and thanks for not being a dick about it." Helen replied. "Don't ruin it by... reading more into it than what it was."

"I liked it. I like you, Helen. You're..."

"Let me stop you right there. I'm not going to fuck you, Brent. You're ok to be around, but I plan on spending time with my girlfriend tomorrow. We're sharing a bed. Period."

"Ok, just... yeah, I get what you're saying." I replied, grateful for the honesty. "I just thought that earlier..."

"The answer is no, Brent. Capital N, small o, period." Helen remarked over her shoulder. "That should be pretty clear."

"Crystal." I remarked. "Won't mention it again, sarge." I pressed the pillow between my arm and head, turning my body away from her.

There was a soft moment of rustling behind me, as Helen adjusted her position on the bed. From the main room I hear what sounded like a moan of Kaila's. The thought caused me to feel a bit uncomfortable, and in need of a shower.

"Hey, uh... you mind if I get up for a bit?" I asked the woman on the bed who was curled away from me and obviously trying to sleep.

"Put some clothes on first, but do whatever."

"What is this, a political strip joint? Put it on, put it on..."

"Hey, I'm trying to sleep here, last thing I need to be stuck in is the room with the all night talkers. At least you don't snore, so can you let me sleep, please?" Helen twisted in the bed, her face taking on an annoyed expression.

"Right. Sorry." I replied, sliding out of the bed and grabbing up a few random items of clothing from the floor which consisted of a pair of shorts and a t-shirt. Helen said nothing as I crossed the room to the hall door, and looked back at her. She hadn't even looked at me as she curled up tightly. I supposed that something was bothering her, and maybe, despite her words, she really wasn't ok with what was going on.

Come to think of it, why was I ok with this? I crossed the hall quickly, entering the small bathroom and flipping on the light. The lack of smell of sex in the air did wonders for my head, and I really think I was starting to think clearly for the first time in a while.

I reached into the tub and started the shower with a blast of cold water. I adjusted the knobs while removing the hastily assembled outfit, and continued to think about the situation. Perhaps that would be the best thing to do, after all. Jerk off in the shower, make sure that I am fully satisfied so that I can deal with a woman sleeping next to me without trying to get her into bed, in a sexual sense.

Besides, why was I up here? Remember, you're trying for a baby with your wife. The last thing you need to be doing is trying to sleep with another woman, despite her go-ahead. What if the only reason she's giving you the go-ahead is because she wants to cheat? What if she already has cheated and wants a free pass for it? She got friendly with Charlotte Really fast.

I ducked my head under the now hot water, and felt the last pulses of lust leave. Yeah, much clearer now. Ok, definitely time to take a bit of control here. Your wife said she'd be back, so... just kill time till they're done, then let Helen go back to the hide a bed and get some sleep. Then, time to have a chat with Kaila about Helen, and make some better arrangements so that she doesn't get shoved with me any more. Helen clearly had zero interest in the male of the species.

I rinsed the last film of my wife off of myself, enjoying the feeling of soap and clean. Probably should change the sheets in the morning too, I reflected. My mind continued to whirl in the planning of the next day, as I allowed the hot water of the shower to pour down on me as the rain continued outside. Hell, could have saved water just by going outside at this point. I remembered the cold showers in the hot desert... They weren't that bad...
