We wait

Me and Maria sit in the living room and watch TV for a while before Sara comes out of her room and sits down and starts watching it with us. Then, my sister, Amy, and Justice all come back home, carrying bags and a couple of beach chairs.

"Did you guys go get some stuff for the beach?"

"You guys still aren't ready? I thought you guys knew we were gonna go to the beach after we got back?" My sister asks all of us, ignoring my question.

"We all just woke up a little bit ago though." I say, trying to hide the fact that Maria and I had already been up for a while.

"Just go get changed. We'll meet you all down there." my sister says, rolling her eyes.

We all go to our rooms and get changed. I decide to use the bathroom first and when I come out to the kitchen, only to see someone standing there.
