Watching them at the beach

The island wasn't huge, so with a bit of magic, it wasn't hard to track the couple down.

Hugo and his friends were sat under a parasol further up the beach, surrounded by their discarded beer bottles, watching the couple lying in the sand together near the water.

"They're so normal." Scarlett said, bored and resentful of the fact that they'd taken her to a beach of beautiful women and asked her to not mess around with them at all. "I'm so bored I'm going to lose my mind. Can't I just do something small. They won't notice if a few bikinis fall off, or a little makeout session.." She raised her hand in the direction of some particularly attractive college-age girls.

"Stop!" Hugo pulled her hand down before she could cast anything that might attract the couple's attention. "Seriously, you see? She has no magical signature whatsoever?" Hugo pointed out.

"Sure, I mean, nothing that I can register. Seth?" She turned to where Seth was sitting to find just an indent in the sand, before widening her search across the beach.

"Where the hell is he?" Hugo joined her looking around. "Oh, hell no!" He spotted Seth talking to the couple, handing them some kind of envelope. Hugo stood up to walk towards them, but Scarlett held his wrist.

"There's no use charging in, let's let this play out. He's not an idiot."

Hugo wasn't convinced by the idiot assertion, but accepted her suggestion. Seth was on his way back anyway.

When he arrived, Hugo started, "What in the hell was that?! What happened?"

Seth replied, smugly, "The man's defences aren't anywhere near as good, so I got away with a few things!"

Hugo and Scarlett waited impatiently.

"Firstly, they just got two free tickets to the four hour island boat tour. Four hours of not being in their hotel room.."

Hugo was curious about where the tickets came from, but Seth had the answer ready.

"Courtesy of those idiots over there." He pointed at an elderly couple, turning their pockets out, clearly in search of something.

Scarlett looked impressed.

"And secondly! Tada!" He waved a hotel key in their faces.

Hugo snatched it out of his hand and held it more discretely. "Stop waving it around! That was fucking reckless!"

Seth smiled as they watch the couple wander away towards the boat tour, "Only reckless if I got caught! Anyway, Hugo you make sure they get to the boat tour and Scarlett and I will head to the hotel!"

"Finally!" Scarlett waved her hand and the college girls' bikini straps fell apart, prompting a few screams, which Scarlett relished.
