Wash her gently

You pull over the basin of warm water, hook her wristcuffs up to the hook over her head.

"Fuck you, you prick," she screams. "How can you work here? How can you do this to human beings?"

You continue in a soothing tone. "It doesn't have to be so bad. You can have a good life. But yes, you will be broken."

Natalie fights and kicks and tries to bite you as you wash down her sweaty body as gently as you can. The softly, softly approach doesn't seem to be earning her cooperation.
