Warforged

Magical machine-men from the world of Eberron, but often included in other settings as well since they are a favorite of many fans. Some are made of wood or stone, others are made of metal, and they come in a variety of types and sizes, but most are more humanoid and the size of a tall human. They might seem like just some golem, but they do have a mind of their own and act as they wish.
