Walk by the river

Zoe decided she wanted to get out of the house for a while. She liked to keep fit and she would often go to the gym with her friends or go jogging. The weather was nice, so Zoe decided to walk the short distance to the start of the trail along the river.

It only took 5 minutes to get to the start of the trail that snaked for miles until it eventually met up with a larger city river. It was a peaceful walk, nobody in sight and very scenic. After about half an hour, Zoe decided to take a break on a bench that overlooked the river.

Suddenly, Zoe heard the loud snap of a twig behind her....
