Wait and observe

You decide to stick around for a while and observe her a bit. You grab your beer and take a few steps to the side to not be too close to her. As more and more people fill the club, she get's more and more to do, so after a few minutes she's completely stuck in a loop of tapping a beer and giving it to a waiting hand. Aside from you nobody sticks around. The first act on stage is one of the best and everyone wants a good seat. Still, the girl's dismissive act seems to work pretty well for her. Normally at least a couple of guys are always gathered around the counter, even though they all know that the girl behind the bar is unobtainable. But with a horny and inexperienced young blood, you might actually have a shot. You don't miss the short looks in your direction every few minutes. She's certainly interested, at least to some degree. When a large group of newcomers arrives after a few more minutes, probably from the nearest train station, you decide to make another move.

"Seems like you could need a helping hand." You nod at the large crowd in front of her. "Mind if I help you a bit? Beer's free, so there's nothing here to steal anyway." She needs a second to reply. "No need, I got this." You grin. She didn't decline instantly, so she considered it at least. That has to be enough for now, back to observing.
