Visit the Shamaness

The tribal shaman of an orc tribe is always female and has a distinctive characteristic: an extra pair of breasts just as huge as the others. It's a rare one, so it marks the shamaness. You haven't had the one of this tribe, the one who calls herself Seki. You sneak into the settlement and make your way to her tent. You can hear the sounds of moaning and chanting within and you peek in.

It's not a ritual as you originally thought, but the shamaness trying to get a bit of relief using a makeshift wooden dildo. There she is in all her big fleshy glory with four huge boobs flopping as she tries desperately to get off. If anybody needs your assistance, it's her. You slide into the tent.
