Violet's Health

I was thinking that before I do anything, I should make sure that no one can write any new changes to reality without my knowledge.

Anyone who looks at the context of this notebook will only see a book full of blank pages and nothing else. They will have absolutely no desire to write in the notebook and will not question why they feel this way.

That should take care of the people trying to use it, but I need to make sure it’s always available for me to use.

This notebook will always appear in my hand the moment I say the word, “Rules” and nobody will question why its in my hand or how it appeared out of nowhere.

Now for fun part. I have nothing against Violet, but I just want to stir things up and see what kinds of unintended changes my notebook has on reality that are a result of my actions. If Violet’s personality was supposed to be summed up in three words it would probably be outgoing, caring, and compassionate. Violet is a member of the soccer team and has a nice slim, athletic body. Honestly, she’s such a good friend that I don’t want to write down any changes that would cause harm to her. Thinking it over, I start writing down the changes in the notebook.

Violet has violet hair and a rare medical condition called Suckosis. Suckosis is a medical condition where the patient has an overwhelming urge to lick and suck on something during random hours of the day. The time spent in this condition varies and could last from five minutes to five hours. Nobody else in the world other myself currently knows that people with Suckosis will happily lick and suck on anything that is offered to them while in this state.

Just as I finished writing the entry, I heard a knock on the door. I get up and walk towards the door to see Nick, Violet, and Samantha walk into the house. I glance over towards Violet’s new hair color and see that she’s sucking on a lollipop. The guy with the bright orange hair with wild looking eyes is Nick and Samantha is the short, petite woman with short black hair.

“Man, both ladies took way too long getting ready today. Oh, is that bacon for me.”

Before I could even say anything, the bacon was gone off my plate and into his mouth. Come on, that was my good boy bacon.

“Well, I was only late because my alarm clock forgot to go off this morning. I’m more surprised that Violet was late getting up since she’s a morning person.”

Violet briefly takes the lollipop out of her mouth and simply says, “I had trouble sleeping last night but its fine. I’m ready to hang out with my friends as we head to school.”

As soon as she’s done speaking the lollipop is back in her mouth with noticeably more sucking and licking taking place.

“She’s been sucking that thing nonstop. I’m surprised she can eat something so sweet. I had one of those before and after 3 minutes I gave up” says Samantha.

“Look guys were already running late let’s get a move on already” says Nick as he gestures toward the door.

“Sorry guys, I’m not going since there’s no way I’m passing Mrs. Pearl’s math test without studying.”

Violet and Samantha look disappointed while Nick smiled as if knowing that this was going to happen all along. The three didn’t make much more of a fuss as they walked out the house.
