Soon, the waitress returned with their food, and the three friends eagerly began to eat their breakfast. Uriah gave her an offended look, "Of course not. I'm not just doing it to see you girls naked more often, though that is a good benefit. I think it would just be easier and more convenient for male members of the school if implements were more readily available."

"Uh-huh, sure," said Vee, unconvinced. "That's totally the reason. The professors already get to discipline us. Why do we have to suffer so they can get it easier?"

"You're hopeless," said Vee, "just like the rest of the guys at this school. Jean, you agree with me right?"

Jean, who had been silently listening while eating her breakfast, looked up with a startled expression, "Um, I'd rather not have to wear such a humiliating uniform. Plus, I just bought these new clothes."

"Don't worry, Jean," said Uriah. "Even if a new uniform got instated, it would not roll out completely until next year. The school council has too many political obstacles to get through to change anything at this school."

"Still," said Vee, "I'd rather that you just not bring this up."

"Sorry, Vee," said Uriah. "This might be my new passion project. I want to get back to the school so I can start drawing up some ideas for uniforms."

They paid for their meal and headed back to the dorm. Vee was mostly silent, and Uriah assumed she was pretty angry with him. Jean made some small talk but was also quieter than usual.

Once he was back at his dorm room, Uriah pulled out a notebook and pen. He scrolled through various websites online to get ideas of other uniforms from different schools. His goal was to combine the best and most erotic features from the other uniforms together for his proposal.
