Update

Hey guys. Sorry this story is pretty much dead. I decided the setup was bad and unnecessary, that I didn't want to continue in this "multiverse," my past and present tenses were all over the place, and I didn't want to write in first person anymore.

I stopped writing after the last chapter was posted here until a couple years ago when I finally put in effort into something I liked a lot better that meant a lot more to me. I had to put that aside for a time due to real life stuff, then about a year and a half ago I got a new job that I'm very efficient at, efficient enough that I've been able to write on the clock, which has significantly boosted my writing output. In addition to a bunch of smut, I've been working on a serious dark fantasy novel that's hopefully quite unlike anything else currently on the shelves.

It would seem I don't know how to do short form stories of any kind, and none of these are finished, but if you liked this story, I think you might like some of what I've posted over there.
