Try to escape

As nice as they have been, there is no way your going to spend a night in a house full of likely vampires if you have the choice. You wait until you are sure there is no-one outside and sneak out into the hall. You move as quietly as you can along the old wooden floors trying to avoid those parts that might creak and give you away. You slowly make your way back to the stairs, thankful that while the vampire's mind control took away your will it didn't remove your ability to memorize where you were going.

You are at the top of the stair case, within sight of the door when a figure steps out of the shadows at the bottom and begins to ascend the stairs. You cannot make out who it is, but whoever it is will likely notice you once they reach the landing unless you find somewhere to hide. There are doors to either side of you as well as one down the hall. Of course if you are feeling particularly brave you might consider confronting the figure and asking to be allowed to leave.
