Try to escape

As you hear the man above you begin to talk you feel the hand on the back of neck relax. What can you do? Bring yourself up as forcefully as you can, rake his eyes and maybe in his stunned state make for the door? Its not much of a plan but at least you are clear headed enough to realise this could be your only chance for escape.
