Training In A Sauna

Amber opens the door slightly for Juan and he is immediately bombarded by heat. After adjusting slightly he holds the door open for Amber, walking in after her into the hot room. Amber grabs Juan's equipment and sets both down near the door. "It ain't much, but it works!" Amber grins. Juan takes stock of the small rectangular room he is in. The plaster walls are lined with black padding. The floor itself is completely covered in red mats with various equipment tucked into corners: a kettle bell, dumbbells, plates, punching dummies, and punching bags. Two women are working some kind of drill on the other side of the room, one calling our combinations and the other hitting the pads with her fists and legs. Juan guesses one of them will be teaching the class. Two rectangular windows high above the ground, near the ceiling, let in some modest sunlight. Which brings Juan back to the heat. "Is it always this hot?" He says turning to the tall and busty country girl beside him. "Nope, only on special conditioning days. Our coach turns this into a sauna!" Amber says excitedly as she finishes putting on a thick and black pullover hoodie that she must have had in her duffel bag. Her massive chest pulls on the material, causing it to hang away from her stomach. "You really are crazy." Juan remarks, wondering what he has gotten himself into. Amber winks "The best ones usually are."

Amber walks off a little bit to warm up and stretch. Juan can still hear the other women working on the other side of the room.
