Tomorrow is the school's festival.

"Ehh....Lauren, i don't know how you are going to deal with it, but tomorrow is the school's festival", Anna said.

"Oh dammit, i remember", Lauren replied.

"Do you still have your old school's uniforms", Anna asked concerned.

"No, they got burned as well", Lauren responded. "So what are you going to wear then", asked Anne.

"Can i just skip school until i have new clothes ?", Lauren commented.

"Sorry young lady, but right now, with how much i've already spent on rebuilding your room, i can't afford you new clothes, for a rather long time, not only that, but you have to keep up your grades, so no skipping,", said Lauren's mom, who was behind her.

"No please mom, you can't let me go to the school nude, all my classmates would see me naked", Lauren pleaded almost crying.

"Your grades are more important that highschool reputation", her mother declared.

"Couldn't you just for once see your daughter and listen what she has to say ?", Anne said while defending Lauren. Upon hearing this, the mother saw how much suffering was her daughter, and decided to soften her heart,... just a little.

"Alright, you may skip school until i can afford new clothes, but be aware that i would rather see a good report card though", she offered to her, she walked towards the car.

"Thanks for defending me Anne, i knew that you had a soft part", Lauren said while hugging her friend.

"Yeah, yeah, whatever", she replied upon breaking the hug."Either way, are you gonna go tomorrow at school", she asked.

"And why would I ?", asked Lauren.

"Because tomorrow you have to bring that important project that you made, an also to participate in that exposition", Anne explained.

"Oh yeah, that's right i remember about it, thank god that my model didn't got burned though", she said.

"Yes, but if you're gonna attend you would have to be naked", Anne replied.

"Right, so i have to choose between my grades and my dignity then, correct ?", Lauren asked, "Yes", Replied Anne.
