To the Duchess's castle

The wizard rode in the Duchess's carriage towards her palace, facing opposite the petulant young ruler.

"My name is Margert Petallusi, but you will refer to me as the Duchess," She explained haughtily. "You will use your magics as I command, to help me in court and with my other duties."

"As you wish." He said again, trying not to smirk. She was so proud of her power, though it was so tiny compared to the incredible feats he was capable of. Well, he'd make sure she soon learned humility!

They soon reached the castle. Stepping out of the carriage, the wizard noted that it was a rather small palace, nowhere near the size of his old employers. He kept his opinion to himself though, and followed the Duchess inside...
