Time Restarts

The first thing Commander Porter becomes aware of is that it's suddenly gotten very chilly, she's then aware that the Journalists are either staring in shock or trying not to laugh.

Glancing down, she notices, to her horror, she has no underpants on! Following the gaze of her Colleagues, the Press and the Public, she sees her underwear flapping in the breeze!

Suddenly, a Journalist cries out that her watch has been stolen and it is then further chaos ensues, with other Journalists shouting out about their missing objects. Porter rounds on Dawson.

"Collect statements from everyone present, Sergeant, and get my bloody underpants off that flagpole, I'll be in my office!" and she turns on her heel and races inside.
