Chapter 8 by Fiftyfiftyfifty Fiftyfiftyfifty

Game over.

Things wind down.

"All right. I think May the Mischievous Mage is about done here," says the girl of the same name. She claps her hands, and in a small burst of sparkles, the glowing band of arcane energy previously binding the wrists of Velatha disappears.

In response, the elf instantly covers up. She scrambles to the sand to grab her bottoms, and she turns away in a **** attempt to hide her titties while she ties back up at least one part of her bathing suit. Then she looks to Mimi's dog Goldy, and her top still laying in the sand next to them. "H-Hand that over here," she demands.

Mimi, looking down from her water, starts to ponder. Something comes to her mind, and she does something she may have never actually acted on in the past. But now, she does. She looks Velatha straight in the eyes and says, "No."

"What?!"

Then she points the opposite direction and looks to her dog. "What's that, girl? Go get it! Go get it!"

Goldy tilts her head, but seems absolutely thrilled by this command. She sprints away, past the audience, and even past the vendor dwarf, dragging the bikini top behind her.

"No!" the elf screams as she hurries after it all--struggling to hold her breasts with both arms enough to cover up, though such a thing is very difficult while also trying to sprint at the speed of an excited dog.

Mayheim watches them go with her hands once again on her hips. The feather has disappeared, though nobody saw where it went. She just watches for a moment, as if enjoying the spectacle of it all. "I'm so proud I could cry."

Then Mimi looks up. She walks over--water now empty. Her tails wags back and forth as she smiles. "I don't know who you are, but uhm... thank you for standing up for me."

May laughs. "If you want to call it that, go ahead. But it looks to me like you stood up just fine without me."

"Are you a high level mage?"

"Oh sweety. That title is a title alone. I'm no mage." She strolls past Mimi, following the eyes that follow her. Then she sneaks a hand to her back, and mimics both with sound and motion unhooking a bra. "Pop!"

"Ah, no!" Mimi panics and covers up, but then looks herself over. "Wait. I'm wearing a one piece bathing suit."

"Gotcha!" May cackles. Then with a wink, a familiar plume of sparkles engulfs her, and just like that, the strange, short rabbit girl is gone.

Mimi blushes after that last gesture. She watches in frustration as the girl goes, but that feeling only lasts a moment. Next, joy. Relief. Happiness. Though, she wonders if she'll ever see her again. Her eyes move to Goldy, who now seems to be happily playing with Velatha around the border of the beach. It's a game of tag, and it seems the dog is winning. She thinks to herself that this day to the beach really did start as one of the worst days of late, to one of the best of her life.

To be continued... probably.
