They go shopping to the mall

"I'm glad you accepted it so well, I feared it might ruin our trip today" said Helen, her voice dripping with fake kindness.

"Where are we going?" asked Natalie, who felt a shiver down her spine.

"The mall! Your father and I want to buy you a new wardrobe" Helen said cheerfully.

"I have a wardrobe" she said.

"Well, technically no more, all of your old clothes were donated. I hope you didn't like the pink dress that much. You have a new wardrobe and, as I told you, I'm going to decide what you are going to wear when we leave"

Natalie's heart jumped and started to beat fast.

"but, you'll give me something to wear?" with a bit of fear in her voice.

"why are you asking? I thought you were ok with the punishment" said her mother, she felt she was finally breaking Nathalie.

"I am... It's just that maybe people in the mall won't be comfortable with me walking around naked.." she was trying to use a logic with her mom, even when she knew the answer.

"oh, don't worry, I have something nice for you to wear. But I fear it might be a bit small, and it is very thin, but it's OK"
