They explain the rules

When you approach a gate you are greeted by the local gaurds.

"Greetings. Before you proceed we have a few rules to cover. Firstly any wepons are to be given to us if you wish to enter. All of your items will be given a special lock in the arena area upon entering.The key we give you has the chest number on it,which contains your items. If you are not given permission to carry your wepons outside the arena,you will be ejected by the security here. All red and blue collared slaves are for sale. All black collar slaves are for rent. All green collars belong to the resort owners family.you may use them but you are not allowed to go into a room with them without the consent of the one who owns them. Lastly are the yellow collars.they belong to the lord of the land and are strictly hands off. There is a chapel here. No one is allowed inside it unless you marry a ****. Lastly no fighting over a ****. Its first come first serve. If you have a problem with another patrion and it gets out of hand you both will be placed in the arena for the entertainment of the resort untill one of you dies. Now that ive covered the rules,please proceed."

The gaurd opens the gate and lets you in. As you enter you see a huge manor filled with many untamed. As you read a map it shows the many locations in the area.
