You take your two fingers and rub a little lube on the anus. And then rub some on the fingers of your glove and then insert them inside, gently. You don’t want to risk tearing anything. And do make sure your gloves are on properly otherwise your nails or fingers might contaminate or cause damage. Get in real good so that you can feel her rectum. Spread her cheeks wider if you have to so you can really get in there. When you’re done gently remove your fingers the same way you entered. Don’t wiggle around too much. Just pull them out.”

“Why is that, doctor?” Thea asked.

“For one, we don’t want all that waste building up in the intestines. And another, it can push against her bladder and cause unneeded pressure,” Dr. Young said. “Alexa, have you noticed any bladder issues? Wetting the bed or your pants?”
