The nurse walks in, with a surprise

Kim kissed me goodnight before and, before she left, said, “Don’t have too much fun, big boy.” Honestly, I thought I wasn’t going to have any fun, since Kim was leaving. That was until my nurse walked in. Jessica was a 5 foot 6, beauty, with a killer body. I lay there wondering why this beautiful woman was a nurse, and not a model. “Hi, John,” she said. “Are you feeling better?” “Yea,” I said, “just a little sore, that’s all.” “Well, John, if you need anything, don’t hesitate to call,” said Jessica.

At 11:30 pm, Jessica quietly walked in. I was half asleep, and didn’t hear her walk in at all “John, wake up,” she said. I woke up, still a little sleepy, wondering what Jessica wanted. “I’m up, I’m up,” I said. “Good,” she said. "Before your girlfriend Kim left, she asked me to do something.” With that, she kissed me, and then, once she was finished, said, “She also wanted me to make your birthday a little bit better.” Jessica walked to the door and locked it. Next she closed the blinds and walked to the end of the bed. “Just sit back and enjoy the show,” she said.
