The nunnery

You decide that your require something special after so long, the nuns were said to hold spiritual powers and hold themselves to be chaste and pure. You also found that the purest souls make the best minions, be their vampire or lesser beast, and you think the nuns are more than sufficient for your purposes.

You ride the night winds arriving in what took days for mortals in mere hours but your hunger by this point is driving you mad. You need to sate it soon or you will not be able to control yourself for long and a bunch of nuns require cunning if they are to be brought under your will.

You spot a nun tending the night flowers, she could do as a means to quench your thirst but she is far from ideal. There is likely a mother superior somewhere who could be made to bring the other nuns quickly under your control, a though that is more than satisifying. Then there is probably many more choices else where in the grounds that can prove useful.
