The men want paid for their service

Sir George looked at Rapunzel, admiring her beauty "As Lionel said we have been lonely and have needs that have to be met. We demand a price for our service."

"But Sir I have no money, I have only what is in this room." Rapunzel cried out, panicking at the idea of them leaving her alone again.

"We may be able to work out a small fee for this large deed." Lionel walked slowly around Rapunzel, looking her over before saying, "You will allow George and I an hour or two of your time and also the use of your body and we will save you from this prison you wish to leave. If you deny us this we will leave you here."

Rapunzel thought about her options and said, "Sir I know nothing of what you speak for I have never been touched before. But I wish to escape and I will submit to you and Sir George in whatever you wish."

"It is a deal then." They said, grinning.
