The door opens

Veronica laid in the tub for a few more hours before to her surprise, the door opened. Now, she always took precautions and hid any evidence of padding or anything else that may incriminate her, but she was naked and had nothing to hide herself except the water. Maybe she could grab her sword and stab whoever was about to enter? But that would only guarantee they see her as she was. And that she couldn’t afford. Instead, she would have to use her intimidation and hope it was enough for whoever it was.
