The assessment (2)

As the test is nearing its end, you notice a few ladies raising their head to glance at the clock. Their notion of time was still here and they could guess that the thirty minutes were almost up. However, as their eyes land on the continuously decreasing numbers, they find themselves unable to look away from the screen. The timer is the last trap of this interview.

Humans are visual creatures. You arrange the office to make it as dull as possible and used window shades to reduce the visual stimulation. Right now, the only form of visual stimulation present in the office was the screen and anyone who would look at it would find it hard to look away, especially for the women who were in a suggestible state. The screen was also displaying subliminal messages, further reinforcing the ones conveyed through the speakers.

The unfortunate young lady who looked at the timer remained silent and blankly stared at the screen. Her attention has been diverted and she has momentarily forgotten that she is in the middle of an assessment. The numbers going down are so captivating and her subconscious is convincing her to keep looking at the screen.

Time goes by and more and more women glance at the timer before falling into the same state as the first one. Even as the timer reach 0:00, instead of beeping, it simply returns to 30:00 and restarts going down as before. The women are not woken up from their trance and instead find it to be completely normal.

You say nothing and let the women be programmed by the subliminal messages. Eventually the other women also raise their head as they finish answering the questions and all fall into the same trance. Once all the thirty women are blankly staring at the screen you further raise the volume of the speaker and head out for a short break. The women will stay in this state until an outside stimulation would wake them up and the longer they stay like this, the easier it would be to mould their mind. You have already warned them that the interview could last for up to three hours depending on how far in the process they went, so these women should all have a clear schedule for the rest of the day.

When you come back after taking a short break and filling your stomach, you find the thirty women still blankly staring at the screen. A little over an hour has passed and you are confident to be able to do what you want.

You start by changing the subliminal messages being displayed on the screen.

-"I should let John Doe help me."

-"I should listen to John Doe."

-"This is just a normal step in the interview process."

-"I want to work for John Doe, so I should be friendly with him."

-"Friends share videos with each other and listen to each other's music."

You take out a box full of headphones and tablets. You walk up to each women and place a tablet in front of them and place the headphones at their ears. The women do not even react and instead keep staring blankly at the screen. The same tune as the one playing on the speakers is being played in the headphones such that the women do not realise that a change is occurring.

Once everything is set up, you once again change the subliminal messages on the screen, instructing the girls to turn on the tablet, to stare at it and obey the instructions written there. The tablet and headphone created a more immersive environment allowing you to increase your control on the girls.

There are four different versions of the recording: One for the pretty girls you plan on turning into your sex slaves later, one for the experienced employees who would devote the rest of their life to your company, one for the pretty girls who sadly did not make the cut and another for those who you simply find not pretty enough to fuck.

For those who you plan to reject, the content of the recordings is simple:

-"If I fail the assessment, I will not feel sad but instead, proud to have reached this far in the recruitment process of John Doe Consultants."

-"It was a perfectly normal assessment test."

-"I should not share the details of the assessment with anyone or even try to remember it."

-"I must remember John Doe as a great charismatic interviewer."

-"When I return home, I will feel relaxed and decide to donate $100 every month to the paypal account: [email protected]."

-"I will not remember donating this money but will think that I spend it on myself. I will also not find it strange to see this transaction in my bank transactions every month."

In addition to these messages, the prettier girls were also fed additional instructions.

-"If I receive an email from [email protected], I will obey the instructions without a second thought."

-"I will not find it weird and will instantly delete and forget the email after completing the instructions unless told otherwise."

Although you are not planning on adding them to your future **** harem, since most of these girls are young graduates, you know that it would be beneficial to keep your influence on these girls. Once in a while, you will refresh these instructions to keep them fresh in their subconscious.

As for the candidates you are planning to recruit, their subliminal messages' aim is to deepen their trust in you and the company but especially you. You want them to be confident in themselves but also to be ready to do anything to join the company.

Sex is not an option though, at least, not yet. Influencing one's mind was a lengthy process and skipping the steps could lead to disastrous consequences. You need to be patient and so far, everything is going according to the plan.

You glance at your watch. It has already been two hours since the assessment started and you know it is time to end it. You lower the volume of the speakers back to its original value and walk around to collect the tablets and headphones. You go to the front of the office and set the timer to 0:00. Then, you clap your hand lightly to wake up the girls from their trance.

"Huh?" The women look confused. They feel extremely comfortable as if they have just taken a nap. They are not even concerned about the results of the assessment.

"The assessment is over. Please remain seated as I collect the papers. I will grade them and then call you one by one to give you the results in private."

You smile to the women who readily submit their answer sheets. Then, you leave the room and let the women fall back in a trance. You mess around for a few minutes before returning to the office where all the women are blankly staring at the screen.

You call them one by one and give them their results. In the end, eleven women remain, six young graduates and five experienced women. The rest of the candidates all quietly leave the office in a good mood. By the the time they reach their home, they would completely forget about the assessment and would only remember having a good time.

You instruct the eleven remaining women to wait in the office while you call them one by one for an interview.
