The Second Temptation of John

I made my way out of the locker room, book in hand, and was greeted by the redheaded twins, Shirley and Judith. Their hair was wet, but they were clothed, still in the miniskirts. They smelled like they got out of the bath. Darn. I wanted to wash them too. Maybe next time. I greeted them and left to go find my family, and Shirley spoke up.

“Brother John, you just bathed,” Shirley said.

“We are both so glad to see you back at church,” Judith added. Her voice had a lower baritone than Shirley.

“Yeah but I won’t come back next week,” I said, lying probably.

“Oh no,” Judith cried. “John, aren’t you worried you will spend eternity in damnation?”

“You do know that’s all bullshit, right? Like Santa Claus,” I said mockingly.

They both looked gloomy and then looked like they communicated telepathically to each other and smiled knowingly.

“Brother John, have you ever had a threesome?” Shirley asked.

They had my attention at that. Wait. These were nice religious rural girls. I asked, “How do you know what that is?”

“So you were just teasing me? You had no intention to follow through on your promises?” I said.

“Umm…” Shirley said, looking at her sister Judith for answers. “Well… we were planning on… using our mouths. I’m sure the Lord will forgive us for that if it’s before marriage. As long as we are doing our duties to bring you back into the light.”

Shirley and Judith both looked at each other. They turned around and started whispering to each other. I could faintly make out some of it.

“Have you ever?”

Shirley and Judith both looked around, and then Judith said, “Follow us, John. We shall lead you to heaven.”

They twirled around and wandered into the locker rooms. I watched their tiny asses sway as they walked towards the locker rooms. I followed them to ‘heaven.’
