The Richardson sisters

The three beautiful Richardson sisters have black hair, pale skin, and dark eyes. Tall elegant Christy has long straight hair, curvy punk Cameron has short spiky black hair, and cute C.J. has a mop of dark curls.

Christy strides up to you, defiant in her senior uniform, hands on her hips. Cameron and C.J. stand back behind their older sister, more curious than angry.

"Mr. Doe," Christy demands, "Why is there no lock on our door?"

"Well Christy," you smile, "None of the doors have locks. That's because I want all you girls to get to know each other very well. It's important to bond with more girls your own age, as well as wth your sisters. So I want you girls here to feel free to visit each other, in each other's rooms, whenever you want to. As much as possible. Especially at night. You, and your sisters, might want to go spend the night with any of the other girls in this dorm. You might want to sneak quietly into their rooms while they're sleeping, and surprise them in their beds. I think that's a wonderful way to get to know the other girls living here. As the semester goes on, you might find you also need to be able to check the other rooms to find out where your sisters are sleeping. And of course, I need to be able to check in on any of you, at any time, especially while you're sleeping. So, no, none of the doors have locks."

"Even yours?" punky Cameron asks. She looks excited, C.J. is confused but curious, Christy is still angry.

"Yes Cameron, even mine. You are welcome to come in any time you want to."

"Even to surprise you while you're sleeping?' asks sweet little C.J.

"Especially then C.J., I would love to be woken up by you, in my room. And for you to join in whatever I happen to be doing. So yes, my door is always open. Now, in a few minutes I want all the girls together in the common room downstairs, so we can all get to know each other. Was there any else the three of you wanted?"
