The Rebirth...

The mysterious black egg shaped object some distance away from the altar began to glow in a myriad of colors. Malaetol and Faye watched as it rose into the air, then hovered over the newly knit body lying on the Altar. A radiant light suddenly flooded the entire chamber, and a small blue orb issued forth from the bottom of the hovering egg shaped object. The orb hovered motionless under its former domain. It was almost like the orb itself was searching for something to Faye. Or was it looking her over? She began to feel a little uncomfortable about her situation. She wasn't sure why, but she always trusted her instincts. She began to feel naked as the orb moved closer to her. "What's happening?"she asked the old woman.

"Quiet, Virgin Queen. The Rebirth is almost complete." Malaetol turned her attention to the orb, and bowed before it. "Your vessel is ready. Enter it now, and live again!"

The orb descended into the body on the altar, and spread throughout the body in a dazzling display of colors. The egg like object retreated to its former position in front of the altar, and the candles which were extinguished began to glow with fire light. All of the followers and Faye's eight companions woke up from their slumber, looking dazed and puzzled.

The body on the altar heaved for breath with a soft groan, then sat upright, turning its head toward Faye. It smiled at her, then got up from the altar, and moved toward Malaetol. Faye could see the radiant beauty she emitted as she walked toward them. She had to be the most beautiful woman in the world.

"Is that you, my Goddess Vulva?" Malaetol inquired.

"Yes, it is I. The rebirth is complete." She embraced Malaetol, and pulled her close. "Now I will grant you your heart's desire. You have been faithful, and served me well, dear sister." Malaetol's frail, old, haggard body began to transform right before Faye's eyes. The entire spectrum of light washed over her body, and ended in a blinding flash. There where once stood an old woman was a young female, radiant and beautiful, yet terrible to behold.

Vulva turned to Faye. "If it were not for you, I would still be a resident of that slumber pod. I will grant you three wishes. Choose anything you desire, but choose carefully. Some desires come with consequence even the Gods can not foresee."
