The Pizza "Man", emphasis on the Man.

All the blood seemed to rush to my head as I opened the door and saw what I would consider a pretty attractive dude (tall dark and handsome very much applied here), whose eyes widened at first but simply gave a light chuckle as he said hello, I cursed Ashley under my breath for making me do this, even though I was equally to blame for getting in this mess.

"That'll be 22.95$ for two medium Hawaiians" He said as he read off receipt stuck on top of the greasy box, and for a second I panicked, remembering that I didn't grab any money before answering the door, I gingerly rushed back to where Ashley was sitting, who could barely contain herself as she held a couple of bills in her fingers.

"Thank you very much, your change comes out to 7 dollars and 5 cents..." My entire body had turned a crimson shade of red at this point, I never knew I could blush this hard as he handed me the change, to which I thankfully remembered to give back a tip from "So... Is this a bet or something?"

"Uh... Yeah, you're pretty spot on, actually..." I could barely raise my voice beyond a mousy little squeak, fumbling to figure out what to do with my hands.

"You'd be surprised how many people you run into doing that sort of thing." He tried reassuring me, sadly it didn't help knowing how many people did this, I was still naked as the day I was born and **** to somehow try and make small talk with a complete stranger (again, tall dark and handsome to boot), and the next comment almost made my knees buckle "not many as cute as you, though."

"Well, thanks for the change." He said as he took a couple of steps back to his scooter.

"Can I have your phone number!" I don't know what came over me at that moment, maybe I foolishly thought that this couldn't get any more embarrassing and my brain was out to prove me wrong.

Thankfully, He stopped dead in his tracks, smiled and came back, pulling out a pen and scribbling down his number on the receipt, with his name, Bryan, written beneath it.

"See ya later." That one was the one that finally got a laugh out of me, still a nervous laugh, but at least I wasn't in panic mode anymore as he got on his scooter and rode away.

I walked back to my sister and barely managed to sit down without looking like I was collapsing from sheer dread.

"Let's eat." I said in an almost robotic tone.

"Smooth moves, si-" Ashley tried to poke fun at me, but I was barely holding myself together as I opened the box and took out a slice.

"Let's. Eat." I repeated, this time making it clear that this was not a suggestion, thankfully, Ashley obliged.
