The Party Dwindles

Elliot quickly fires her remaining rounds at the nearest raptor, wounding it, and then sees it get obliterated by Frost's shotgun. She looked at Alice and saw that the Raptor shoved it's extremely long tongue down her throat, but she quickly had to focus on what was going on around her.

As the team keeps firing at the other raptors, Elliot hears multiple screams, and she quickly surveys the area. She sees a couple more raptors ran out from a nearby alleyway, and sees that they have several tentacles wrapped around Nicole, including one silencing her mouth, keeping her from screaming more, and they were picking her up and quickly moving back into the alley.

Elliot quickly fired her pistol at them, but all she heard was the resounding click of an empty chamber. She opened her mouth to yell out that Nicole was being taken away when Fire ran past her and was about to start firing at the Raptors when they quickly moved Nicole in between themselves and her. Fire stopped in shock, and didn't pull the trigger, and another Raptor ran straight at her from the side, tackling her to the ground. It smashed down on her submachine gun, breaking it in half, and wrapped several tentacles around her as it started dragging her down the alley way as well.

"The Towerlings have Fire and Nicole!" shouted Elliot. "Their taking them down the alley!"

Elliot looked back at Alice and saw that Audrey was helping her walk back over to the team, with her eyes seeming quite distant, like she wasn't focused on her surroundings. The Raptor that had attacked her was dead on the ground, as plenty of bullets had torn through it. Elliot then quickly reloaded her pistol with her last clip.

Lizette had carried Alice's sniper rifle over to her, and handed it to Elliot.

"We risked a lot to save you, so you can start by filling in for Alice while we figure out what's wrong with her.", Lizette said.

Kirie spoke up, "If we're going to save Fire and Nicole, we have to move fast. Those raptors are carrying people, so they should be moving slower then us, and their heading towards the tower. We can try and cut them off before they make it. Frost, Felica, try and catch up to them, and keep an eye on them."

Frost and Felicia nodded, as Felicia started following frost into the alleyway as Frost was moving quickly to try and save her twin sister. But they stopped almost immediately, as Lupick surrounded the two, numbering around a couple dozen of them.

Lizette said something under her breath that only Elliot heard, "...Nicole and Fire are screwed, we can't catch up to them if Towerlings distract us, and we can't chase them blindly. We traded two people for you Elliot. Now let's make sure that we don't trade three."

Lizette started opening fire on the Lupicks.
