Chapter 14 by No1special138 No1special138

Time To Get Up.

The Next Morning.

You wake up once again, this time feeling much more refreshed. After a long hot shower you step naked into your new living room. You spot your luggage and the tablet resting where you left them. Time to start dealing with the more mundane parts of your new life.

You pick up the tablet first and sit down with it on the living room couch. It looks brand new and is the latest model of its line. It isn't password protected but as soon as you try to use it there's a window demanding you set up an account and password before continuing. You deal with the setup, agree to things you already agreed to when you signed onto the Higher Registry, and finally gain access to your own device. Some of its functionality is limited, no internet for example. But it comes with several programs already installed and instructions on how to request more from the FWF's IT department if you need something. It also appears to be connected to a local network as some of the programs receive regular updates and can access some outside information.

The first one you try out is one meant to manage your finances. It shows a payment with a list of charges, handling fees, taxes, and some other crap you don't understand, until it finally notes a five thousand dollar deposit into your bank account. You check your account using your phone and confirm it. You smile as you remember how fun it was to earn that cash, even if your joints still ache a little.

Some other programs are to help you organize your schedule within the facility, reserving gym time during premiums hours, getting the okay to have guests or services over, that kind of thing. Another gives you a rundown of your fight schedule and your career so far. It shows your first fight against Heather Hayes ('1-0!') and has you scheduled for another match in one week. That gives you six days to spend however you want. An email from Ms. Manchester on the local server advices you spend it training and reviewing other matches for tips.

Which leads you to the final program on the device. An archive of every FWF match since the league began. This kind of access would cost normal people a pretty penny. You even get exclusive access to unedited footage, though it mostly includes long grappling scenes and other things that were cut for lack of interesting content. You could probably spend the entire week just watching matches for fun but work comes first.

It takes you the rest of the morning to put most of your things away. With no food in the fridge you get dressed and spend the first of your winnings on a big lunch to celebrate. While you're out you also decide to pick up a few odds and ends and some new clothes. Your recent win makes you feel more confident in your appearance and you want a wardrobe that reflects this. Lastly, you pick up groceries out of basic necessity.

You get back to your apartment late and feeling tired. All the running around and unpacking did not help your aches and pains from the other day. You relax for the rest of the night and head to bed after watching a few select scenes from old fights. Even without a reason destroying aphrodisiac, a futa still has needs.

It's now six days before your next match.

How Do You Spend Your Week?
