Abilities

((Vanguard))

Although not particularly good with magic, Dante is a powerhouse when it comes to magical reserves. This led a young Dante to develop a new form of frontline combat, it was called Vanguard.

At first, Vanguard was only for soldiers of considerable fighting abilities and with some magical training. Using empowering and very simple spells to boost their attack or defense potential, one Vanguard was more oppressive to the enemy frontline than 10 or even 20 normal soldiers depending on the skills of said Vanguard. Over time, the style grew and different types of Vanguard emerged. One of those was the Battlemages, using only magic and not traditional weapons.

((Fury aura))

A magical aura manifests itself when a user is either furious or pushing to the limits, in both instances, only powerful mages possess one that can be felt from a distance. King Dante is however capable of manifesting such an aura on demands, it was named the fury of the king. It was a commanding and very oppressive feeling, anyone lacking willpower caught in this aura was experiencing a loss of mobility, shortness of breath, and in **** cases could even lose consciousness.

Quirks

((Daughter's Daddy))

Dante Shepard was known for being able to keep calm in any situation, whatever it was in a crisis or when being insulted. The only exception was his daughter, anyone he caught disrespecting or luring at Jane was sure to suffer the consequences. A nobleman who had been caught making humiliating remarks about the princess was found in the pig's pen bruised and naked, nobody knows what happened but the said nobleman now avoids the young princess at all cost, even going so far as to jump out a window one time ... it was on the second floor but he survived.
