The Humiliation Navy

The stealth submarine launched a spy drone close to shore, and it didn't have to fly very far to get an immense view of the legion waiting on land. Admiral Megan Karo Moroni knew her father's ships had already been spotted. She inherited most of them with the name Admiral Karo, having been called Captain Karo by everyone except her dad, the last man to have ever said 1st name. Not that she'd kill anyone for it. She was a killer, however, she just never got to know anyone who knew her more for her first name than her middle, and she liked her name but far more enjoyed the thrill of war, especially from a safe distance.

Her father was a madman himself, always destroying anything he thought was a sign of tyranny, despite any absence of war and the clear incentive he created for others to build more detection platforms and fast attack craft.

His solders loved to pillage and his own daughter had fallen in love with him, and she now ruled in his name, even making sacrifices of the cities she enslaved.

And her enemies on this day were no less evil, in fact she really seemed like liberator to the rest of the world when next to them on graphs placed on political websites discussing the new age of piracy and mercenary war in an increasingly feudal and mostly theofascist region. Pirates might enslave people in the midst of a raid, but these clergy armies raised humans in cages from birth, proppes up by **** labor.

Their legion of tanks, artillery and trucks sprawled across the landscape full of swamps between hills teeming with heavy weapons platforms.

Karo's own land invasion **** was mostly good for raids, made of bikes and trucks. Lacking a large number of heavy tanks, she could be held off from directly charging in where she suspected heavy hitting weapons could guarantee first hits and probably survive initial attacks.

Her own wheeled transports had a machine gun and pair of missile launchers on both sides, launching a total of 4 missiles from each troop transport and giving cover fire while soldiers rolled from its rear hatch and immediately attacked any apparent threat while sprinting into position to set up heavy weapons and plant explosives for a covered retreat.

The army ahead had technically less vehicles than her own forces, but that was only die to her many warbikes and mobile weapon platforms. Though armed with a mix of weaponry, she knew an entrenched position equipped with abundance of rockets, grenades and standard firearms would frequently land lethal hits on insufficient armor, even on her agile and tough raiders who could shrug off insufficient shrapnel.

Their artillery was mostly large barrels, unlike their richer, far away allies who had loaned them more missile artillery, which indebted them immensely as they rapidly went through expensive ammo to repel raids with maximum effort.

"Send out adams."

Amphibious Drone Missile Launchers, ADM's were a favorite of Megan's. Driven either remotely or by a single person aboard who would then swim to nearby escape craft, usually a submarine, before fleeing the area. Once on land, it would move into position and launch an assortment of missiles.

*They're aware what they're doing, staying just far enough from shore that my ship's biggest guns can't reach them half as well as their largest land vehicles can bombard the shallow waters. As soon as large ships can go no further, they're spotted and essential giant targets for a concentrated volley.*

"I want more info before landing."

Just as she spoke, a small missile came into view and knocked down the drone.

"Launch adam."

Each ADM immediately aimed into the air and fired its entire capacity. Some launched only a single large missile while others carried a dozen smaller ones. Once above the enemy army, they instantly found targets to kill.

"Leave a few missile launching subs in the area, we're going to massacre every town paying taxes and tithes for that army." The second strongest fortress nation near the coast also had an entrenched army full of tanks, heavy artillery, and infantry operating heavy weapons, but was manageable. Launching missiles and jet fighters from off the coast when her wheeled vehicles engaged enemies, the battle of air superiority was soon negated. Her own jets unable to fly too far in without getting flanked by missiles while the same went for enemy jets flying near the coast. Armored trucks and motorcycles launched rockets and grenades at the many tanks and IFV's that engaged them. Heavy weapons teams with antimaterial rifles and their own rockets and anti armor grenades proved to be the biggest threat to the bike bandits, much like many prior battles, but they were also dispatched with incendiary and shrapnel grenades. Some of her war trucks essentially carried only 4 large missiles, 2 on each side of a driver's cabin with a fuel tank behind and under it. With these, Karo's warriors decimated tanks and vehicles carrying many smaller missiles to use against her infantry and light vehicles. After the height of battle and long before any confusion subsided, many screaming, wounded captives were cuffed and thrown into cargo spaces that had been emptied of the ammunition used up to attain these slaves.

One truck, half full of grenades and rockets, was quickly loaded with the ammo other trucks emptied themselves of but had not used, to free space in each for a box of girls to cry in on their way back to Megan Karo Moroni.
