The Doctor- Also known as Olivia Maxwell.

She is the one who decided how to organize everything, she is also only 28 years old. She is half Chinese, half Caucasian. She is a doctor of medicine as well as having a masters in social complexes and concepts. She would be considered a Citizen of the Free Zone thou she comes from Canada, She is attractive and as well having a level of professionalism that is kinda shocking even when she is affected by lust and the need for a hard fuck she some how still manages to focus on the task she is trying to complete. Out of all the girls besides Charlie, she really does strike you as someone you will love to be around for a long long long time.

she mostly decided to start the concepts of the Free Zone project for lack of a better name at this time in Mongolia because China was mostly going to accept the idea's of someone of there national origin even if its generations removed easier then many other counties for the most part. And if China falls into place on the plans as expect since it had already been expressed that they support it more or less. Then the rest of the world once the program moves on to other counties will validate the idea even more.
