The Diary Notebook

Of the many notebooks, there's only one that is a diary that looks like it's new or has been written in over the past few years. It's a plain black notebook, and it's only got a dozen or so pages filled in.

The diary starts with the girl (whose name is not there) in high school, and there are infrequent entries until her summer before college, then a bunch of entires about her in her first year at the university, where she decided to pledge a certain sorority called Delta Delta...

You move to the last page. The handwriting is shaky, it's almost like the writer was in tears or convulsing while penning it.

"Dear Diary, I don't know why the fuck I am so fucking stupid or what the fuck is wrong with me! Grayson is never going to forgive me, and it even happened on a day I could even get pregnant. I wanted to report it to the police, but my roommate stopped me. (What is wrong with her? She used to be so nice and now it's like she's out to get me??) She said because I slept with him so many times at all of the social events we've been having, that it might not even be counted as ****! I..."

The writing trails off before continuing.

"He **** me! He **** ME! HE **** ME! I was just minding my business doing laundry and he wouldn't stop, I thought a little blowjob would at least deter him, give me time to think what I was going to tell him, what I was going to tell Grayson! But he wouldn't stop. How did he even know where I was? Oh my god, the worst part is he was *the word is 'good' but it's been crossed out and crossed out with savage stabs of the pen dozens or hundreds of times* and I had to keep my voice down when the other girls came home from the volleyball fundraiser.

"What if I get pregnant? What if Grayson finds out? My family is going to kill me. They already think I'm loosing it because of what they found in my luggage on spring break... Those weren't mine! I mean, yeah, I have done **** since I left Missouri and come here. I've explored a lot... a lot. And I know how it makes me: it turns me into a shameless psycho slut. I can't help it. I just lose my mind! But that shit in my suitcase wasn't mine, it wasn't mine, it-"

The sentence stops there, and the next two pages have been torn out.

There's a final entry on the last page, dated a full month after the diatribe. ... this was only written a few weeks ago...

"I don't care anymore. Everybody believes her, but nobody believes me. I can't stop thinking about what THEY did to me. Both of them. My parents say they're going to ship me away to a fucking **** junkie rehab center. Maybe I should take the whole bottle next time. "
